Robert Nolen

Holding a Ph.D in Physical Organic Chemistry, Robert provides 38 years of a diverse set of skills to MOSAIC customers. With five patents and over 32 refereed articles in respected technical journals, his areas of expertise include Nuclear Weapons, Nuclear Facility Design and Decommissioning, and Trititium Processing. Robert has extensive management experience, handling a $15M budget and supervising up to 60 personnel for a DOE contractor. He was Program Manager for a Category II Nuclear Facility and commissioned it for Start-up. He authored and implemented the first NQA-1 Plan for the Weapons Engineering Tritium Facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
