Under five separate contract mechanisms, Mosaic produced F&ORs and Facility Programming. We had a major role in the production of the Conceptual Design Report, produced the Performance Criteria for the Design/Build Bid Package, reviewed bids, performed Design Reviews, and performed as an Owner's Representative during construction.
